May 4th Rabies Clinic a Success Despite Rain

The Talbot County Health Department held its low-cost rabies vaccination clinic for pets on Saturday, May 4th at the Environmental Health building. In total, 46 dogs and 36 cats received the rabies vaccine at the drive-thru clinic. Read more
Health Department Hosting Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic

Talbot County pet owners are invited to take advantage of a low-cost rabies vaccination clinic for dogs, cats and ferrets on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm (with a rain date of May 11th). The clinic will be held at the rear side of the Talbot County Environmental Health building at 215 Bay Street in Easton. Read more

Talbot County Department of Social Services recently held an in-person training for resource parents on car seat safety and infant massage. The training was provided by Rachael Crawford, RN, Maternal Child Health at the Talbot County Health Department, and Stephanie Blades, RN, Clinical Educator in Women and Children’s Health at the University of Maryland Shore Regional Health.
