Talbot County Council Meeting Highlights, August 25, 2026

The Talbot County Council’s August 25 meeting included recognition of the Talbot All-Star Junior League’s state championship and County Engineer Ray Clarke’s 26 years of service, as well as approval of updated Next-Generation 911 addressing standards. Council also approved several County Manager requests, including board appointments, support for restoration of the historic Waterfowl Building, a Roads Department dump truck purchase, and renewal of the County’s State legislative representation services.

Midshore Regional Solid Waste System Announces Updated Tipping Fees Effective July 1, 2026
